The yoga philosophy is part of who I am. I bring it to my teaching, with a mindful, creative and nurturing approach, always letting the students know what they are doing and why. The goal is to bring the right questions, holding space for people to learn more about themselves through Yoga.

“I’m never becoming a yoga teacher.”

I believe that was the phrase I have said the most in my life. My mother is a yoga teacher and my father is a Tai Chi Chuan instructor, so I was literally born and raised in a yoga and holistic center.
