What to expect
Daya guides yoga classes with a focus on self-knowledge, using the body as a bridge to connect with our own unique inner universe. Growing up in a yoga and eastern studies center, Daya has a background in different styles of yoga, meditation, and spiritual and healing practices, which is reflected in her teaching, The classes come with a mindful but dynamic, creative, and nurturing approach.
Suitable to all levels, but specially target to those looking to move beyond the superficiality and gradually create a connection with the deeper layers of the self.
