Hatha & Vinyasa Flow Yoga

What is that?


Hatha Yoga is the base of most of the modern yoga styles. This class combines the elements of the traditional yoga poses and techniques in a fluid sequence with focus on alignment, balance, stretching, strength and flexibility building, breathing exercises and meditation.

 

Vinyasa Flow literally means "place in a special way". The practice combines the poses of Hatha and Ashtanga yoga in a fluid, creative and challenging sequence that sincronizes all the movements with the breath with a special emphasis on the Sun Salutation
