Yin Yoga

What is that?

The focus of yin yoga is to access the connective tissues of our bodies, such as the ligaments, joints, fascial networks and bones, which are usually not exercised in the other yoga practices,
Because of the passive nature of this style, yin yoga also allows the practitioner to cultivate mindfulness while doing the class and gives the opportunity to bring that same state of awareness to their regular life.  

It was created by Paulie Zink based on his knowledge and pratice of Chinese Martial Arts, such as Taoist Chi Chung, and Hatha Yoga.
